About Eric Stewart Eric Stewart, known to many as “The Apple Butter Guy”, has been practicing real estate since 1987. As one of the top agents at Llewellyn Realtors since 2001, one of the top 25 agents in all of Montgomery County, and a man of principle and integrity, his track record proves he is a true real estate aficionado. Born and raised in Montgomery County, Eric Stewart grew up in Montgomery Square and Copenhaver in Potomac Maryland. He attended Cold Spring Elementary School in Potomac, Landon Middle School in Bethesda and Wootton High School in Potomac. Since graduating from the University of Maryland, he has lived in Kensington, Gaithersburg and Potomac. About Anne Llewellyn Anne Llewellyn is the daughter of the
founder, Charles M. Llewellyn, and sister to the President
of Llewellyn Realtors, Charles P. Llewellyn. Anne returned
to Llewellyn Realtors and joined the Stewart Team in
2001 with significant sales and management experience
in some of the most demanding customer service environments.
Her 14 years of professional sales experience not only
spans Llewellyn Realtors, but also includes Nordstroms
and Saks Fifth Avenue. Anne is also a native to Montgomery County and a true Terrapin as she attended the University of Maryland. Currently Anne lives in Manor Park and has served the community and all of Montgomery County faithfully for many years. |

About Robert Garcia Born in San Salvador, El Salvador, Robert and his family immigrated to the US in 2001. In El Salvador, Robert attended the University of El Salvador to pursue a degree in Biology. He also held positions in Quality Control with multiple family owned businesses. Here
in the US, Robert perfected his skills as an avid Carpenter
and Handyman. After meeting Eric Stewart, Robert was
recruited to help Eric’s team with courier services.
Since that time Robert has moved up through the ranks
to become an instrumental part of the Stewart team as
a licensed REALTOR®, assisting both buyers and sellers,
from the start of their real estate transaction to the
finish. |
